Title Clerk

We are seeking a Title Clerk to support high-volume vehicle title processing for online auto sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 2,500 vehicle titles per day
• Match titles with bills of sale and sort alphabetically by dealer name
• Alphabetize and organize titles for processing
• Learn to receive titles into the system, stamp/assign them, and prepare for shipment

Must-Haves:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong alphabetizing and organizational skills
• Fast learner with quick typing ability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback
• Ability to work independently and in a close-knit team

Nice-to-Haves:

• Auto title experience (not required)
