Job Summary: The Telecom Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing telecommunications projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering projects within scope of work. Responsibilities Quote, Plan, execute, and finalize telecom projects according to strict deadlines. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with various stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and risk management. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Manage project changes and ensure internal database and documentation is up-to-date. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
