What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and select candidates who align with the company’s mission and values
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through networking and research
• Build sustainable talent pipelines to ensure high-quality hires and improved time-to-fill metrics
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
• Deliver a transparent and engaging experience to hiring managers and candidates
• Use data and market insights to drive improvements in hiring process and candidate experience
• Promote the company’s employment brand through social media and networking efforts

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Workday is a plus)
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed based on business demands
