The Role We’re looking for our first Sales Development Leader to join our Boston office full-time. This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up — recruiting, training, and leading a team of SDRs that consistently generates high-quality pipeline. Your #1 priority: create a team culture and operating system that delivers pipeline goals quarter after quarter.
