Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options
• Take accurate food and drink orders efficiently and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any requests or concerns
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation
• Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions
