  Overview:
  We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team, responsible for managing daily financial operations for multiple restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily restaurant financial transactions, accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, financial records, A/P and A/R, and various reports efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our restaurant operations. 

Responsibilities Include 

• Bill pays


• Entering Invoices


• Filing sales tax and mixed beverage tax


• Intercompany bank transfers between outlets


• Journal entries for accruals, banking transfers, other transactions


• Estimated credit card charges


• Aging reports 


• Bill outs for payroll and store level expenses paid by Veneto


• Workers compensation report filings 


• Work directly with teams at each restaurant to resolve accounting issues and improve process.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with R365, Toast, OpenTable, and TripleSeat preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
