Position: Recruiter

Location is Either: Schofield, WI or Green Bay, WI

In this role, you will work closely with job seekers- sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, supporting them throughout their assignments and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):

• Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and screening ensuring that client job orders are filled with high-quality talent
• Networking and making connections to grow candidate pool
• Conduct orientation, process new hire (Talent) paperwork

Highlights of Employment at ABR:

• Competitive Compensation, including base salary and commission: Minimum starting base salary of $55,000/annual with monthly paid commission based on gross profit dollars generated through recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Creative, outgoing, energetic with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
