As a People Analytics Analyst, you’ll leverage workforce data, visualization, and storytelling to inform strategic decisions and enhance MSK’s employee experience and organizational effectiveness.**Role Overview** **Key Qualifications** Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in HR analytics or workforce insights.Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards (Prism a plus).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools. Experience with Visier is preferred**Core Skills** Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
