Inventory Coordinator

Location: 701 Distribution Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏳ Duration: 3 months (potential for full-time conversion)
Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2, no benefits)

About the Role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, labeling, and organization of storeroom materials. You’ll work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure materials are available, properly tracked, and replenished on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Label inventory bins and organize the storeroom following 5S principles.
• Transact material receipts, issuances, and adjustments in SAP.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies in inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels to meet internal customer needs.
• Assist with obsolete and critical parts review.
• Develop strong working relationships with maintenance and management teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• 1–3+ years of cycle counting and SAP experience required.
• Strong computer and math skills (arithmetic and inventory calculations).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
