Key Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC system maintenance and tune-ups
Gain hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs
Shadow experienced techs to build confidence in the field
Support the team with warehouse tasks, parts handling, and truck stocking
Develop your communication skills with real customers
Follow safety protocols and learn local HVAC codes
Qualifications:
A willingness to learn, show up, and give your best
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship is a plus)
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors and confined spaces
