Ready to launch your recruiting career?Openworkis looking for a recruiterto join our Houston team! This position supports our Local Staffing Division.. This role is dedicated and committed to connecting healthcare facilities with highly qualified and reliable healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Source, interview, onboarding and hire qualified healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our active clients for local per-diem and contract needs
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure candidates meet licensing, certification and compliance requirements specific to local, state and federal regulations
• Creates Healthcare Professional submission packets to present to Staffing Team for client review for contract needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to meet state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all background checks, drug screenings, and immunization requirements are completed before placement.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with high-volume recruiting, knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
• Competitiveness and high level of motivation
• Coachability and eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Experience working in fast paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing organization
• Comfortable with meeting target KPIs and proven track record of successful performance
