**Job Title: Overnight Janitorial Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Overnight Janitorial Worker, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at a dynamic manufacturing plant. **Shifts:** Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6:30am Friday - Tuesday 10pm- 6:30am **Pay** $18 per hour **Responsibilities** + Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. + Dust and damp mop floors using approved methods. + Move equipment and furniture to ensure thorough cleaning and return them to their proper locations. + Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of recent janitorial experience + Proficiency in general labor and cleaning tasks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No formal education required **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity to work onsite at a prestigious manufacturing plant, with the potential to join a union after six weeks and access comprehensive health benefits and pay increases as per the collective bargaining agreement. **Work Environment** The role is based at a manufacturing plant in Fremont, with shifts running from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Workers will report to a site manager and will be part of a team, with blackout dates observed for holidays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
