About the Role: We’re seeking a relationship‑driven Full Cycle Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for both restaurant‑level and select corporate office positions. Based in Nashua, NH, this on‑site role includes regular travel to restaurant locations to stay closely connected to our teams and culture. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position focused on sourcing top talent, strengthening hiring processes, and helping Pressed Cafe continue growing with the right people in the right roles. Responsibilities: Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hourly team members, management, and limited corporate roles Partner closely with general managers and operations leaders to understand hiring needs Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines using job boards, local outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct phone screens, in‑person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure strong candidate experience Support recruiting efforts for select corporate roles in departments such as operations, marketing, and HR Represent Pressed Cafe at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement efforts Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges Assist with offer letters, pre‑employment documentation, and onboarding coordination Promote Pressed Cafe as an employer of choice through social media, partnerships, and local outreach Ensure hiring practices align with company values, legal standards, and DEI goals Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including high‑volume hiring; restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred Experience recruiting for both frontline and administrative/office‑based roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident working directly with hiring managers and leadership Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles across locations simultaneously Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools On‑site availability in Nashua, NH, with flexibility to travel to restaurant locations regularly Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Equal Opportunity Statement: Pressed Cafe is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
