Overview

Executive Assistant role at TieTalent. The Executive Assistant provides essential administrative support to multiple senior leaders and collaborates with the broader Administrative Team. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and respond proactively.

Salary
$78,230 - $85,176. New hires may earn a salary ranging from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay scale, with education and experience taken into consideration.

What you can expect to be doing in this role at Plymouth Housing
  • Executive Support Manage calendars and communications for multiple Vice Presidents; track tasks and follow-ups; handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Document & Communication Management Draft, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations; maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Meetings & Events Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling and materials; take and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
  • Travel & Expenses Arrange travel and prepare itineraries; process expense reports and timecards.
  • Project & Team Support Assist with research, special projects, and internal communications; support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and help with board meetings and events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of voices; excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills; high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and online research tools; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills; flexibility to work outside standard hours for events or meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree required or equivalent experience; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with databases and online research tools.
  • Experience in nonprofit settings and working with diverse, low-income, or special needs populations is preferred.
