Description Job Overview The Chief Marketing Officer is a corporate level Executive Vice President. This leader is committed to developing and implementing the technology and operational processes needed to realize a unified virtual and real customer engagement offering across multi-national properties. The Chief Marketing Officer will develop and implement effective, personalized and experiential programs to attract new customers and to deepen loyalty of existing customers. Duties And Responsibilities Innovation Embraces Wind Creek Hospitality’s (WCH) GAME and leads efforts that continually evolve the game narrative and content offerings across real and virtual worlds; and manages all efforts to develop and implement operational processes that enable employees to join the GAME and genuinely engage with each customer Leads efforts to develop and implement a comprehensive customer reinvestment program that spans the WCH’s virtual and real worlds Leads efforts to introduce the WCH’s GAME to prospective customers Transformation Plays a key role in developing technology and operational processes that enable One-to-One genuine engagement by working with the existing infrastructure to create and implement new processes that assess each customer’s play activity in an effort to develop new engagement opportunities Leads efforts to simplify the integration of the WCH’s virtual and real worlds Joins and continues the effort to develop engagement metrics that deliver period over period growth results Integration Ensures the effective coordination of engagement efforts across property and online events Leads the development of virtual currencies that support the WCH’s GAME and an economic structure that bridges the WCH’s virtual and real worlds Manages the development and implementation of processes that support real-time player reinvestment decisions based on total reinvestment through all reinvestment channels Marketing & Insights Branding– leads company-wide efforts that assure a consistent brand identity fully aligned to our purpose and values Media– leads efforts to develop and place advertising messaging appropriately and effectively Customer Insight– leads efforts to gather insight into customer reactions to engagement efforts and facilitate sharing of information garnered Growth Drives period over period increases in the number of customers with increased engagement metrics Drives period over period increase in customer engagement time both virtually and on property Drives period over period increase in the number of brand advocates Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements (Please Ensure You Meet The Listed Requirements Prior To Applying) Relevant Bachelor’s degree - required ; Master’s Degree- preferred Ten (10) or more years of progressive professional experience, including at the executive level, in the development of strategic customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention strategies, as well as the proven ability to oversee the life cycle of new initiatives from conception to launch- required Three (3) years of leading teams at organizations differentiated by data-driven analytics- required Two (2) years of experience focused on leading the digital function focused on customer acquisition, activation and loyalty programs; Exposure to the development of technology-based and digital customer interfaces including website, app development, social media and CRM initiatives- required Two (2) years of experience leading a function (executive level) where game theory or game science was successfully utilized to implement game mechanics that increased engagement with customers- required Solid experience in the development of metrics that determine return-on-investment for new initiatives. Proven success in analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources and utilizing data to find the key results necessary to drive future innovation Demonstrated track record of success and performance in executing creative, integrated marketing initiatives that build brand identity and deliver on the brand proposition Outstanding leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully recruit, develop and retain an effective team of motivated professionals; Proven ability to take a lead role collaboratively on cross-functional projects Understands and shapes customer needs; Creates distinctive value for customers; Builds deep customer relationships Collaborates to determine meaning and purpose; Engages and energizes the organization; Leads through influence Develops and motivates talent; Builds and coaches productive teams; Strengthens organizational capability Drives execution; Continuously improves the core; Reallocates resources as needed Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Willing to travel to multiple properties to attend meetings, perform other work-related functions, or participate in training as recommended or required; Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have a valid and current State Driver’s License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES Complaints about the recruitment or selection process for employment should be directed in writing to office of the President and CEO of Wind Creek Hospitality.
