You will serve as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the USA, working directly with our customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the Spacelift product.


In this role, the CSM candidate will manage the complete customer relationship, drive product adoption, and ensure successful experiences with Spacelift.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a cross-functional mindset, capable of managing time effectively and efficiently, a customer-centric thinker, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing
  • Being the trusted advocate of customers needs to drive success
  • Own long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Establish clear customer retention goals through business review cadences
  • Promote product value through customer experience
  • Continuously promote and drive renewals and/or expansion opportunities
  • Manage account escalations by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
About you
  • A proven work experience of 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing role
  • Has understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling
  • Terraform and AWS experience is a must
  • CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, and Kubernetes experience is a plus
  • Renewal, Expansion, and Growth selling experience
  • Ability to document and report on issues and enhancements
  • Accountability and personal organisation are essential
  • Technical skills required as they relate to the use of the product or service
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
