As our Culinary Recruiter, you will leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify, attract, and hire top culinary and hospitality talent. Key Responsibilities Represent Rocky Top Catering at job fairs, culinary schools, and community events, building relationships and promoting our brand as an employer of choice. Source and recruit culinary professionals across all levels, from line cooks to leadership roles, using creative methods and industry connections. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from job postings and resume screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Collaborate with chefs, managers, and HR to understand staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans. Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in compliance with company and legal requirements. Partner with culinary schools, hospitality programs, and professional networks to develop talent pipelines. Qualifications Culinary or hospitality background required (restaurant, catering, or related experience). Interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or HR, with a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and represent our brand. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
