Job Description

Job Description

The RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) group within RCLCO seeks a qualified Administrative or Executive Assistant to provide executive support and help manage administrative functions in our Denver office location.

RCLCO is a leader in providing strategic economic guidance to the real estate industry; RCLCO's affiliate, RFA, guides large-scale investors, such as pension funds, toward real estate investment strategies and decisions and assists in managing their large and complex real estate portfolios. The Administrative/Executive Assistant will be a key member of this team by helping to keep "back of house" and leaders' needs on track and will have opportunity for professional growth in line with this practice.

Our Denver location opened in 2022 and has tripled in size since; we are seeking a dynamic and driven team member to support this growth geographically. Our close-knit team values collaboration, mutual support, and having fun together – we work hard, and we enjoy each other's company in the process.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Providing assistance for 1-3 Managing Directors of RFA, including:
    • Maintaining calendars/schedules and setting up appointments and meetings;
    • Tracking expenses and completing expense reports;
    • Arranging large-scale meetings with internal and external parties;
    • Coordinating and booking travel;
  • Planning and execution of office events, activities, and volunteer days;
  • Act as a key player on our operations team – assisting with company-wide activities, talent acquisition and onboarding processes, and other human capital initiatives as needed; and
  • Act as primary office manager in Denver – facilitate office moves and expansions, ensure technology is setup and functional, arrange parking and office supplies, management of conference rooms, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in executive/administrative assistance, human capital/resources, operations, or other related roles, particularly in the professional services industry.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success with follow-up and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced ability in Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort and eagerness to learn additional software applications. This competency will be measured prior to hire.
  • Professional attitude; a self-starter, a good time manager and a dependable "team player" who is comfortable jumping in where needed and wearing multiple hats that evolve with business needs.
  • A driven, high-energy, career-oriented individual with passion for achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Our benefits package includes:

  • Hybrid schedule flexibility, with team members in the office three days per week and the option to work fully remote 4 weeks each year
  • 100% paid healthcare for employees, including dental and vision insurance (with the option to upgrade plans and add dependents at team member's expense)
  • Competitive vacation and wellness/sick time provided annually
  • Family planning and fertility benefits
  • Employer-paid family leave after one year of employment
  • Employee stipend for continuing education and professional development
  • Commuting stipend for team members not driving to work
  • Cell phone stipend
  • Wellness benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program, standing desks available to all team members, and healthy snacks supplied in each office location
  • Annual employer contribution to 401(k)
  • Option to participate in FSA or HSA
  • In-office lunches and social events on a regular basis

Compensation: Depending on title and experience, estimated base salary range: $72-90K, plus annual bonus.

RCLCO has been in business over 50 years and is spread across six office locations within the United States. Our work is divided into three overlapping service lines, all within the real estate sector. To learn more about our work and the services offered, please visit RCLCO.com.
